Earnings Breakdown

• Weekly average: $1,350 – $1,450 (based on experience and performance)
• Starting CPM: $0.55 – $0.65 (all practical miles paid)
• Typical weekly miles: 2,200 – 2,500
• Year-one earnings potential: $75,000 – $95,000+ (includes accessorials and bonuses)
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• $300 orientation pay on your first check

Core Job Duties

• Safely operate tractor-trailer on long-haul routes
• Conduct required vehicle inspections and maintain accurate ELD records

Basic Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• Experienced applicants: 6+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Trainees: Recent CDL grads or limited experience welcome
• Clean motor vehicle record; pass DOT drug screen and physical
• Strong safety focus and professional attitude
