Job Overview:

• Home Time: Out 5 days, home 48 hours (Home weekends)
• Freight: 100% No-Touch | 60% Drop & Hook
• Miles: Avg 2,200 per week
• Pay: $0.68–$0.71 CPM (adjusting pay scale, based on experience)

Weekly Pay & Bonus:

• Weekly Avg: $1,300–$1,450
• Weekly Guarantee: $1,200 minimum
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 ($1,500 at first dispatch) ($1,000 - 60 days)
• Clean DOT Bonus: $25–$50
• Annual Raise: $0.005 CPM increase

Equipment:

• 2021–2025 Freightliner Cascadia
• Automatic | SiriusXM | Fridge | 1500W inverter
• Park Smart climate control system
• Flat screen TV
• Perks & Policies:
• Rider Policy &Pet Policy
• EZ Pass & Fuel Card (EFS)
• Drop Pay: $20/load
• Detention Pay: $15/hr after 2 hrs

Orientation:

• Location: Bloomsburg, PA
• Duration: 2.5 days
• Travel, Hotel, Meals provided by the company
• Orientation Pay: $250 on first dispatch.

Requirements:

• CDL-A & 21+ years old
• Three (3) months of verifiable OTR Experience in the past year
• Must pass DOT drug screening (Urine only)
