CDL-A Regional Drivers – Home Weekly & $1,200+ Per Week

We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for regional routes in Texas and the Southwest. Get home every week for a 34-hour reset, earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience, and enjoy steady miles with no-touch freight. Rider & Pet Policy available from day one.

What We Offer:

• Home Weekly – 34-hour reset at home
• Pay: $0.54–$0.60 CPM ($1,200+ per week)
• Miles: 2,200+ per week (varies by HOS & availability)
• Freight: 100% no-touch (50-60% drop & hook)
• Routes: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Western Tennessee
• Rider & Pet Policy – Bring a passenger or pet from day one
• Equipment: 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths
• 24/7 Support – You’re never alone on the road

Extra Pay & Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour (after 2 hours)
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 CPM extra

Requirements:

• Age: 21+
• Experience: 3+ months recent CDL-A (Local, OTR, or Regional in the last 3 years)
• Equipment: Must have experience with trailers over 40 feet
• Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in the last 12 months)
• Safety Record: No more than 4 incidents in 3 years, and no DOT Recordable accidents
• Drug Testing: Must pass hair follicle & urine test
• No SAP drivers
