Regional CDL A Driver - Dedicated lanes

What You Can Expect:

• Home Time: Enjoy a weekly 34-hour reset, so you can rest and recharge.
• Pay: On average, earn $1,850/week, which adds up to $96,200 annually.
• Miles: About 1,100 miles a week.
• Pay per Mile: Earn between $0.80 - $0.86 per mile, depending on your experience.
• Loads: Typically 3 loads per week.
• Unload Pay: Get $325 for each load (manual unloading with rollers).
• Backhaul Pay: Extra $30 for backhauls.
• Ride-Along Training: You’ll get 1 week of paid training at $150/day.
• Assigned Truck: After training, you’ll get your own truck (no slip seating).
• Delivery Areas: Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana.
• Shifts: Early morning deliveries Monday through Friday (Sunday night starts for Monday loads).

What We Need from You:

• 100% Touch Freight: You’ll be manually unloading boxes (1–35 lbs), so physical activity is a big part of this role.
• Hands-On Work: This job requires someone who’s active and enjoys a steady, year-round route.
• Work Schedule: Expect a 5.5-day workweek with a regular 34–48 hour reset.
• No NYC Deliveries: No  New York City or the five boroughs.

Driver Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old 
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable TT experience 
• CDL-A License
• Training: Willingness to complete 1-week paid ride-along training.
• Driving Record: Max 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No DUIs/DWIs in the past 3 years.
• Accidents: No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• PSP Screening: Must pass the PSP screening.
• SAP Drivers: We’re not currently hiring SAP drivers.
