Operating exclusively within the Northeast region this role offers a consistent schedule with a focus on regional logistics. Drivers will manage tailgate deliveries using a pallet jack for unloading at designated stops. This position is open to both professional operators and recent commercial driving school graduates.
Trainee Development Program
- Paid on road instruction lasting four to six weeks with a certified instructor
- Instructional phase focused on regional navigation and safety
- Guaranteed weekly compensation throughout the training duration
- Requirement of 120 plus hours from a recognized driving academy
Compensation for Experienced Operators
- Earnings between 1500 and 1700 USD on average per week
- Mileage rate of 0.80 to 0.85 CPM depending on previous background
- Annual performance based increases of 0.01 CPM up to the maximum rate
- Typical weekly volume between 1800 and 2000 miles
- Additional 80 USD provided for every unload stop
Route and Home Time
- Operations localized to the Northeast with no cross country transit
- Reliable weekly home time for a full 34 hour reset
- Schedule options include Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
- Assigned routes and predictable delivery windows

Candidate Criteria
