About the Role

As demand continues to grow, we're adding to our team and looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build something long-term.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll connect directly with families who are already eligible for benefits and guide them through their options in a clear, supportive way. This is a client-focused, remote role where communication and consistency are key.

  • Walk clients through their benefit options via Zoom
  • Complete and manage all required documentation accurately
  • Follow up with clients to maintain strong, ongoing relationships
  • Work with your team to improve processes and overall client experience

What You Bring

  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary is a plus)
  • Background in customer service, admin, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
