Client Success Advisor (WFH)

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll speak directly with families and guide them through their available benefits in a simple, easy-to-understand way. You'll be helping people make informed decisions while keeping the process smooth and professional.

• Meet with clients virtually (Zoom) to review their benefit options
• Complete and manage all required documentation accurately
• Stay in touch with clients to build strong, ongoing relationships
• Work alongside your team to improve workflows and client experience

What You'll Need

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a bonus)
• Experience in customer service or working with people is helpful, but not required
