Position Overview
We are currently looking for motivated, service-driven individuals to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will connect with union members who have requested information about their benefits, explain available options, and guide them through a simple enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
• Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
• Conduct benefits presentations through video meetings
• Educate clients on available programs and coverage options
• Assist with completing applications and required documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and follow service standards
• Participate in ongoing training, leadership development, and team meetings

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
• Basic computer skills and comfort working in a digital environment
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with a team
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
