Position Overview

We're growing our remote team and seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals. In this role, you'll work directly with union members who have already requested information, helping them understand their benefit options and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls
Schedule and lead virtual meetings to review benefit options
Educate clients on available programs in a clear, simple way
Complete applications and ensure all documentation is accurate
Maintain organized records and a high level of client service
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a professional presence
Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required
Comfortable using basic computer tools in a remote setting
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
