Position Overview
We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, dependable individuals who enjoy helping people. In this role, you will connect with union members who have already requested information, explain available benefit options, and assist them through a simple virtual enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with prospective clients
• Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
• Present benefit information through video meetings
• Help clients understand available programs and coverage options
• Assist with applications, forms, and required documentation
• Keep accurate client records and follow company service standards
• Take part in ongoing training, team meetings, and leadership development

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Willingness to learn and follow a proven system
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Basic computer skills and comfort working online
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
