( Remote) Client Service Representative

Position Overview

In this role, you'll connect directly with families who are looking for guidance on their permanent benefits program. You'll help explain their available options, answer questions, and ensure each family receives clear, professional support throughout the process.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Presenting benefit options clearly through virtual Zoom appointments
• Assisting families with accurate documentation and enrollment details
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Following up with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Working with team members to improve service quality and overall efficiency

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales, or a client-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfort working in a remote, digital environment
