Responsibilities

• Engage with company-provided warm leads (no cold calling required)

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

• Provide clear and accurate information regarding policy options

• Process applications and maintain ongoing client communication

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Licensed insurance professionals (Willing to obtain or transfer)

• Sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required

• Entry-level candidates with no experience are welcome (training provided)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must have access to a computer, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
