American Made Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Spot Welder to support the production of metal components for a leading manufacturer. This position is responsible for performing precise spot welds, reading blueprints, and ensuring weld quality meets strict manufacturing standards. Candidates should have prior welding or manufacturing experience and be able to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Shift: 1st 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay Rate:$19

Key Responsibilities

• Set up spot welding machines with proper spacing and heat/pressure requirements.
• Perform spot welding on various metal components rapidly and accurately.
• Conduct pull tests and log test results to ensure weld integrity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings to complete welds according to specifications.
• Move and stack welded materials properly to prevent damage.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of spot welding or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Familiarity with proper material handling and safety practices.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Use hands and arms to handle tools, equipment, and materials with precision.
