Warehouse Specialist

As a Warehouse Specialist, youll be responsible for keeping materials and finished goods flowing smoothly through the facility. From receiving inbound shipments to prepping outbound orders, youll ensure everything is where it needs to be on time, accurately logged, and safely handled. Youll work closely with operations, production, and shipping teams to maintain efficiency and uphold the high standards of American manufacturing.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM 3:30PM

Pay Rate: $22-$23ph depending on experience and interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and organize incoming inventory using warehouse tracking systems.
• Coordinate the daily flow of products through storage and shipping areas.
• Assist with implementing production and shipment schedules, managing overflow storage when needed.
• Optimize storage layouts by reallocating space for finished goods and materials.
• Confirm product availability for outgoing shipments by checking inventory levels.
• Flag slow-moving items and assist in clearing or relocating as approved.
• Provide direction to forklift operators and material handlers.
• Repack, restack, and manually move pallets as needed for organization or safety.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when certified and required.
• Accurately complete logs, reports, and documentation related to warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and follow additional direction as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 23 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving role.
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and general shipping paperwork.
• Forklift operation experience preferred (certification required for operation).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset.
• Solid communication skills and a proactive, self-starting work ethic.
