Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Alpharetta, Ga

Were currently seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a key partner in the electric mobility and transportation equipment sector. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong wiring and mechanical assembly experience to join a team that values precision, quality, and American craftsmanship.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM 3:30PM

Pay Rate: $21-$23ph depending on experience and interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, bills of materials, and work orders to determine assembly requirements.
  • Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and technical specifications.
  • Use measuring instruments like calipers to ensure components meet specified tolerances.
  • Drill, tap, ream, and countersink as needed to prepare components for assembly.
  • Inspect, fit, and align parts for proper installation and performance.
  • Perform visual inspections for surface defects and verify dimensional accuracy.
  • Clean and prepare parts and work areas using standard cleaning procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in electro-mechanical assembly and electrical wiring.
  • Proficiency in reading and working from complex schematic drawings.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Strong English communication skills (read, write, and speak).
  • A team player mindset with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Advanced wiring experience with complex systems.
  • Deep understanding of schematic interpretation and technical documentation.
