Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in the United States. This is a part-time or full-time contract position, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and inventory management

- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus

- Knowledge of the health and wellness industry is a plus
