Our HR Assistant role requires highly skilled individuals that can handle several tasks and roles and be able to use software seamlessly.
HR Assistant Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files, interviewing applicants, and assisting in doing payroll.
Heavy focus on recruiting with job posting and being able to use software and follow protocols
Quality control duties consisting of listening to audiotape and call evaluations ensuring the calls meet the required benchmarks.
Enter employment data into the computer database
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations
Attention to details and good communication is a must thru both daily reporting and face-to-face reporting to supervisors.
HR Assistant Qualifications:
At least 1 year in any HR background experience with adequate working knowledge.
Preferably have used Manatal, social pilot, or Survey Monkey software in the past.
Associate degree in HR-related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
Detail-oriented and organized
Solid understanding of MS Office
Familiar with applicant tracking database
Strong communication, both written and verbal.
