HR Assistant Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files, interviewing applicants, and assisting in doing payroll.
- Heavy focus on recruiting with job posting and being able to use software and follow protocols
- Quality control duties consisting of listening to audiotape and call evaluations ensuring the calls meet the required benchmarks.
- Enter employment data into the computer database
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations
- Attention to details and good communication is a must thru both daily reporting and face-to-face reporting to supervisors.
HR Assistant Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in any HR background experience with adequate working knowledge.
- Preferably have used Manatal, social pilot, or Survey Monkey software in the past.
- Associate degree in HR-related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Solid understanding of MS Office
- Familiar with applicant tracking database
- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
