About the job Recruitment Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

§Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department
§Design and implement recruiting strategy
§Prepares job descriptions and job specifications
§Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal sites
§Source and recruit candidates
§Screen candidates resumes and job applications
§ Conduct interviews
§Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
§Onboard new employees
§Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
§Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
§Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
§

Qualifications:

§At least 1 year experience in recruitment
§Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
§Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
§Ability to come with ideas including innovative ways to recruit, ideas for events, job fairs, etc.
§Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
§Strong decision-making skills
