• Realtor or Insurance agent to agree to join a zoom meeting and get their email= 1 point
• Realtor or Insurance agent to agree to getting a health quote with full details = 1 point
• Realtor or Insurance agent to agree to getting a health quote and join a zoom= 2 points
• Realtor or Insurance agent to agree to getting a health quote and do a LT or Apt= 3 points

Job Description

• Booking appointments using the calendar software.
• Handle outbound customer calls to address inquiries, concerns, requests, and appointment setting.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Update customer records and document interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and response times.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.

IMPORTANT: This is on site work, not remote. If you are unable to work on site at our only location in Clark Pampanga then you will be ineligible for this position.
