Job Description

• Support and general IT maintenance of small BPO company
• All tools and equipment provided
• Light troubleshooting and general assistance ensuring minimal downtime during operating hours
• Mostly entry-level IT tasks and support

Requirements

• Router maintenance
• Basic wiring of network and equipment
• VICIdial management (experience required)
• Site equipment maintenance
• Basic tech troubleshooting
• Programming knowledge and experience
• Clear communication - must be able to relay tech matters and issues to site management in a clear and and easy-to-understand manner
