·        30,000 Base Pay

·        Low training throughput requirement - 30%

·        1,500 Monthly or 40,000 Annual Perfect Attendance Bonus

·        Fixed Schedule and WEEKENDS ARE ALWAYS OFF

·        Up to Two(2) weeks Christmas and New Year Break

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Train the trainees on how to Contact businesses and individuals by telephone.
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.


  • At least 1 year as a Trainer (preferably in a BPO set up.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
