We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Partner Development Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of partnership dynamics and the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships that align with AMG & Associates' strategic goals.

2- Develop a comprehensive partner strategy and execution plan to enhance partnership growth and performance.

3- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives.

4- Collaborate with internal teams to create value propositions and joint marketing initiatives.

5- Monitor and analyze partnership metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

6- Conduct regular partner reviews to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

7- Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities to position AMG & Associates as a leader in partnership development.

8- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract compliance to ensure mutual benefits.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

2- 3+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in a consulting or technology environment.

3- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving growth.

4- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-focused mindset.

6- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

7- Familiarity with CRM software and partnership management tools.
