CRM analysis is key to enhancing customer relationship management by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This role drives organizational growth, improves customer satisfaction, and maximizes operational efficiency. The CRM Analyst contributes significantly to our dynamic and growing company by optimizing CRM systems, processes, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM system.

2. Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, missing data, and errors.

3. Assist with data migrations, imports, and exports.

4. Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

5. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key CRM metrics and KPIs.

6. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

7. Work with system administrators and developers to test fixes, enhancements, and new functionality.

8. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline CRM workflows.

9. Provide training and support to other team members on CRM tools and processes.

10. with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement.

11. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

12. Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights and support decision-making.

13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new CRM technologies.

14. Assist with other CRM-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, IT).

2. 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

6. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

7. Familiarity with data warehousing and data integration processes is a plus.

8. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) is a plus.
