The Contract Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization and is responsible for creating, negotiating, and administering contracts. Their work ensures that contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies and, importantly, supports the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and draft contracts with external parties, including vendors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure favorable terms for the company.

2. Contract Drafting and Review: Prepare and review contract drafts, solicitations, bids, and requests for proposals.

3. Compliance and Legal Review: Ensure contracts comply with relevant legal regulations and company policies, potentially collaborating with the legal team.

4. Contract Administration: Monitor contract performance, manage changes, extensions, and terminations, and maintain accurate contract records.

5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks.

6. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties regarding contract matters.

7. Problem-Solving: Address client complaints and concerns related to contracts.

8. Collaboration: Work with various departments (e.g., legal, procurement, sales) to ensure contracts align with company goals.

Qualifications:
