Job Summary:
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing SEO and digital advertising strategies that drive qualified traffic, improve search engine rankings, and generate conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of both organic and paid search strategies, content optimization, technical SEO, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with business goals.
- Analyze competitor keywords and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
2. On-Page Optimization
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure alignment with SEO strategies and best practices.
3. Technical SEO
- Perform regular SEO audits and resolve technical issues affecting search visibility.
- Work with developers to implement technical enhancements and improve site performance.
4. Link Building
- Create and execute white-hat link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Identify outreach opportunities including partnerships, collaborations, and guest posts.
5. Content Marketing Support
- Collaborate with writers and designers to create SEO-friendly content.
- Optimize multimedia content (images, videos, etc.) for better search engine visibility.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor and analyze website performance.
- Generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations and track KPIs over time.
7. Industry Trends and Algorithm Updates
- Stay updated on evolving SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Recommend strategic adjustments to remain compliant and competitive.
8. Local SEO (If Applicable)
- Optimize Google My Business listings and enhance local search presence through targeted strategies.
- Digital Advertising Responsibilities:
9. Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Design and implement digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct research on audiences, competitors, and industry trends to guide targeting and messaging.
10. Ad Creation & Copywriting
- Develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with designers to produce high-converting creatives.
11. Platform Management
- Manage end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments.
12. Budget Management
- Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets.
- Monitor spending and ensure cost-efficiency and ROI.
13. Performance Analysis & A/B Testing
- Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Run A/B tests to optimize targeting, messaging, and creatives for continual improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years proven experience in SEO strategy and digital advertising campaign management.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms is a plus.
- Google Ads or HubSpot certifications (preferred but not required).
