Domain Service Leader with french (SF)
Hybrid, 2 days at office, Bucharest Main scope of the role
The candidate:
will manage and will be responsible of all the infrastructure subjects of a dedicated application portfolio (Corporate), so she/he has to have good overview of IT infrastructure
will have to have a strong sens of service
Responsabilities & tasks (additional information)
In charge from end to end of all infrastructure bricks of his/her scope;
Manage and guarantee the proper functioning of all production activities of his/her scope;
In charge of the follow-up of operational projects which are carried out on his/her scope
Ensure the reporting of the activity on his/her scope (activity indicators change/incidents)
Run activities on day-to-day basis : be the key contact with internal stakeholders and external ressources;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to:
Anticipate and Define the roadmap of infrastructure evolutions ;
Anticipate and Define the roadmap for service evolutions ;
Anticipate and Define the projects of maintaining in operational condition;
Ensure the framing and quotation of project requests within his/her scope;
Contribute to projects and ensure the correct execution on the activities under his/her reponsability;
Manage the monitoring and compliance of assets (inventory and cybersecurity) and documentation of his/her scope;
Can manage SOX applications or infrastructures; complies with SOX rules Internal stakeholders
Multiplicity of stakeholders : Application managers, Business Analyst, IS Project Managers and all technical/production teams, other DSLs, cybersecurity teams;
Contracts (outsourcing and services) / external ressources management
will manage outsourced operational services ( in India and Marocco)
will ensure results commitment: servers and infrastructure contracts and network operations contracts
Upcoming projects Move to cloud (AWS)
Candidate's profile:
IT engineers with around 5 years of experience
First experience in cloud environment (AWS) o Strong sens of service (collaborative, client-oriented)
Educational Background: Engineer background
Relevant Experience & projects
Ability to manage stream of a project o Client relationship management o AWS first experience
Technical skills - tools & technologies
Global understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, not a specialist:
- network and servers infrastructures
- backup and storage infrastructures
- windows and linux technologies
- Cloud AWS
- Agile way of working; product mode;
- ITSM, ITIL service management tool
Major applications under the responsibility of the DSL (non-exhaustive list) are hosted in Infrastructure On-premises and Cloud.
Notions of knowledge in PAS, SAAS, IAAS and automation;
Cybersecurity: general understanding of stakes and risks
SysOps competencies are a must. Certifications (ITIL,)
Good knowledge of ITIL processes - 1st level ; Agile and AWS certifications are a plus
Core softskills:
Coordination skills required (manages the relationship with the Corporate businesses, is at the center of many interaction)
Importance of dialogue, sense of client service, listening, good communication skills (fostering collaboration with operational stakeholders and Branches representatives)
Rigorous (respect of operating procedures), organized and persevering o Ability to analyse and summarize
