FinOps Engineer (FrenchSpeaking)

Hybrid, Bucharest

JOB DETAILS:

• Master budgets and expenses related to Private Cloud (UIF Solutions) resources and billing to business customers. Identify and apply financial optimization levers. Implement monitoring tools and recommendations for Private Cloud users.
• Manage infrastructure inventories and optimization
• Pilot externals in charge to produce UIF inventories (used to our internal customer invoicing). Work with transversal team (in charge to consolidate inventories / manage invoicing )
• Identify optimizations through this work on inventories (automatic & manual cleaning, challenge customer usage, etc)
• Follow up and optimization of charges from other entities
• Follow up of charges coming form other TGITS division or DSI, mainly Licensing. Make sure of inventory is correct (through interactions to UIF operational)
• Help operational contract managers (with ECF services) or operational teams to optimize IT budget
• Identify / formalize "at demand" UOs and see how they can be optimized by working with UIF consumers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years on Engineering and Finance
• Experience in IT budget follow up/optimization
• General Knowledge of IT
• PowerBI knowledge
• Cloud knowledge is a plus
• Good level of French and English
