Core Policy System Owner – Premia (Oracle)

Overview

We are hiring a Core Policy System Analyst to support and maintain a mission-critical insurance core system (Premia – Oracle-based). This is a replacement role due to retirement and offers long-term ownership of the platform, with exposure to both BAU operations and project work.

This role is open to overseas candidates that is looking to relocate to Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Premia core policy system

• Manage BAU system operations, enhancements, and issue resolution

• Participate in system upgrades and project initiatives

• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors

• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance

• Support knowledge transfer from the outgoing incumbent

Requirements

• Experience supporting insurance core policy systems (Premia is a must)

• Oracle-based system experience

• Strong understanding of insurance policy lifecycle processes

• Comfortable handling BAU support alongside project work

• Good stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Experience from insurers, system integrators, or core system vendors is advantageous
