Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities within the Facilities Management, Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), and A&A market segments.

  • Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, facility operators, and project stakeholders involved in repair and upgrading works.

  • Understand clients technical requirements and recommend appropriate electrical products and solutions.

  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations to customers.

  • Follow up on sales inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.

  • Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or customer segment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the electrical or industrial solutions industry.

  • Existing network or experience working with electrical contractors involved in facilities repair, maintenance, or upgrading projects.

  • Proven track record in technical or industrial sales.

  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.

  • Knowledge of Facilities Management (FM), Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), or Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects is preferred.

  • Familiarity with GeBIZ procurement processes and low-voltage electrical products would be advantageous.

  • Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated to build a long-term career in technical sales.
