About the job Sales Engineer – MRO & A&A (Electrical)
Key Responsibilities

Develop and pursue new business opportunities within the Facilities Management, Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), and A&A market segments.

Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, facility operators, and project stakeholders involved in repair and upgrading works.

Understand clients technical requirements and recommend appropriate electrical products and solutions.

Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations to customers.

Follow up on sales inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.

Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or customer segment.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of sales experience in the electrical or industrial solutions industry.

Existing network or experience working with electrical contractors involved in facilities repair, maintenance, or upgrading projects.

Proven track record in technical or industrial sales.

Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.

Knowledge of Facilities Management (FM), Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), or Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects is preferred.

Familiarity with GeBIZ procurement processes and low-voltage electrical products would be advantageous.
