Position Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on Head of HR Operations & Technology to lead and continuously enhance our HR service delivery and systems landscape. This role will own the HR operations strategy and its integration with digital solutions to streamline and scale HR processes across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead key transformation initiatives that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Leadership

  • Lead the HR Shared Services team supporting the full employee lifecycle for a workforce of ~4,500 employees.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and time & attendance.
  • Ensure HR operations are compliant with legal, policy, and audit requirements.

Technology & Process Enablement

  • Own and drive the HR technology roadmap, with ongoing enhancement and management of systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and other digital HR platforms.
  • Lead and optimise key modules of SuccessFactors: Employee Central, Time Off, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure effective system integrations and platform performance.

Digital Transformation & Automation

  • Champion HR digitisation efforts including the deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for workflows such as salary proposals and document processing.
  • Evaluate and implement scalable HR tools to automate high-volume, low-value transactions.

Data & Insights

  • Design and maintain dynamic HR dashboards to provide leadership with real-time workforce analytics and reporting insights.
  • Monitor KPIs related to operational excellence, employee experience, and service delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership role managing HR operations and HR tech.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Concur).
  • Demonstrated success in leading process automation and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong experience with HR data governance, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
