About the job Sales Manager, Mechanical Pump
Job Description:

Responsible for the direct sales of pumps, systems, spare parts, and services within Singapore.

Accountable for achieving both individual and overall sales targets.

Take a leadership role among the sales team in developing new and key accounts to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sales goals, and strategic objectives.

Respond to sales inquiries and generate technical proposals for pumps and spare parts.

Proactively generate sales leads, follow up on opportunities, and take ownership of the quotation and closing process.

Collaborate closely with customers to understand application requirements and provide technically appropriate solutions.

Continuously engage customers and key stakeholders to assess market potential and drive business growth.

Regularly review sales activities and plans with the Sales Manager.

Manage and expand key accounts while identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in Positive Displacement (PD Gear/Screw) and Centrifugal pumps, or equivalent experience in the pump industry within the Singapore market.

Proven ability to sell PD and/or Centrifugal pumps into sectors such as Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and/or Water.

Experience working with EPCs, consultants, and M&E contractors.

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
