Pump, Application Engineer

Job Description

• Handle technical evaluations and prepare cost estimates for small to mid-sized projects, including managing purchase orders, coordinating fabrication, and arranging deliveries

• Support sales teams and clients by addressing technical specifications and ensuring product suitability

• Engage with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms and System Integrators to resolve technical queries related to pump systems

• Oversee coordination and execution of tasks with subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

• Monitor market trends and provide valuable insights on customer requirements, competitor offerings, and major project developments

• Deliver regular progress updates through weekly check-ins and monthly reports to track performance against KPIs

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related technical discipline)

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in a similar role

• Familiarity with pump systems is a strong advantage

• Proficient in project coordination and technical discussions

• Strong communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders on complex engineering topics
