About the job Sales Engineer (Compressed Air Systems & Filtration)
Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Drive new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting (including cold calling) through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert across our compressed air and filtration solutions. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and conduct site visits to assess requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer challenges and provide value-driven, customized solutions.

Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the compressed air and filtration sector.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure excellent customer experience and share market insights to support product development.

Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Provide timely forecasts and sales reports to management.
Requirements

35 years of sales experience, preferably in compressed air systems, industrial equipment, or other technical/engineering products.

Solid technical knowledge of compressed air systems, including compressors, dryers, air receivers, and filtration technologies.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred (relevant experience may also be considered).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
