Disclosure of Your Information

Your CV and related information will be shared with prospective employers and clients. Once you secure a placement, additional information will be shared to facilitate the placement. Personal data will not be transferred to a country or territory without adequate protection or appropriate safeguards.

We may also share your data with trusted third parties such as pension scheme providers, legal advisors, and other entities necessary for pre-engagement checks and payments.

Use of Third-Party Platforms (Manatal)

We use Manatal, a third-party recruitment platform, to assist with the management and processing of your personal data during the recruitment process. Manatal is GDPR and UAE PDPL-compliant, ensuring data is stored securely. Your information will only be shared with employers or clients with your consent.

Legal Basis for Processing Information (GDPR and UAE PDPL Compliance)

Under both the GDPR and UAE PDPL, we must have a legal basis for processing your data. The legal basis for processing your data is as follows:
