Referral Terms and Conditions

The referring associate acknowledges and agrees that:

• Associates who are submitting information have ensured that the referred candidate has provided consent before submitting the referral.

• Anyone submitting a CV directly or via a contact within AMTSOL consents to the use of the CV for the purpose of considering them for employment

• Submission of a referral does not guarantee an interview, selection, employment, or eligibility for referral benefits.

• The candidate’s personal data may be retained and considered for future hiring opportunities in accordance with company policy.

• All other terms and conditions governing the Associate Referral Program shall be as per the Company’s Associate Referral Policy.

Application Terms and Conditions

I hereby declare that by applying through the Company’s website or via the Associate Referral Program:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, selection, employment, or an offer of employment.

• The Company reserves the right to shortlist, reject, or withdraw any application at any stage of the recruitment process without obligation to provide reasons.

• The applicant’s personal and professional information may be collected, processed, stored, and retained for current and future hiring consideration in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

• Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification or withdrawal of an offer at any stage.

• Participation in the recruitment process does not create any legal, contractual, or employment rights.

• All recruitment decisions made by Company Management are final and binding, and no legal claims, disputes, or actions shall be initiated against the Company in relation to hiring decisions.
