You will be the voice and animated persona of a growing U.S.-based content channel. Your reactions, energy, and cultural awareness will drive engagement, watch time, and audience growth. This is a high-visibility role where your personality is the product, and each video you create directly contributes to the channels success.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a charismatic, fluent English-speaking content creator to produce short and long-form reaction videos focused on American TV clips, viral moments, trending news, and current events. This is a faceless role — your on-screen presence will use an animated avatar or snapshot filter overlay.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Sourcing & Selection

• Source and select compelling U.S.-based clips, viral videos, trending news segments, and cultural moments to react to

Video Production & Performance

• Record authentic, high-energy reaction videos in English with consistent audio and lighting quality
• Maintain your animated avatar or snapshot filter overlay throughout recordings for a consistent faceless on-screen persona
• Deliver strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds of every video to maximize retention
• Produce multiple videos per day on a consistent, reliable schedule

Editing & Technical Tasks

• Perform basic video editing: cuts, captions, zooms, and pacing adjustments using CapCut or similar tools

Organization & Reporting

• Organize and submit final files using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Track deliverables and flag performance patterns when required

Feedback & Iteration

• Implement feedback quickly and iterate based on content performance data

Required Experience:

• Fluent, conversational English with strong clarity, confidence, and natural delivery
• Deep familiarity with U.S. internet culture, social media trends, and viral content formats
• Comfortable and expressive on camera — ability to sustain energy and personality across multiple takes per day
• Proficient in CapCut or equivalent basic video editing software
• Proficient in Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Reliable home recording setup with stable internet, clean audio, and proper lighting.
• Strong time management and responsiveness in a remote, minimal-supervision environment
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience creating reaction-style content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels
• Familiar with OBS or similar tools for screen recording or live-style reaction formats
• Understanding of content retention, watch time mechanics, and audience psychology
• Ability to analyze basic content performance metrics and adjust delivery accordingly
• Dedicated home office setup: clean or controlled background, ring light or softbox lighting, external microphone
