As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll manage the full logistics process, including inventory, shipping costs, and order fulfillment. By negotiating shipping rates, choosing the best carriers, and improving FBA operations, you’ll help lower costs, speed up deliveries, and provide a better experience for customers. Your work will boost logistics efficiency and support the company’s growth.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Logistics Specialist to oversee and optimize our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations across North America. This role is critical to ensuring that client’s products are efficiently stocked, shipped, and delivered through Amazon’s logistics network, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, shipping coordination, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FBA Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end FBA processes to ensure the client’s products are efficiently stored, packed, and fulfilled through Amazon's network.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  • Shipping & Logistics: Manage shipping schedules, coordinate transportation partners, and optimize packaging for Amazon compliance and cost efficiency.

  • Returns & Reconciliation: Support the handling of FBA returns, manage inventory reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies or lost inventory issues with Amazon support.

  • Performance Analysis: Leverage data tools and Amazon reports to identify trends, track KPIs, and drive improvements in logistics performance and cost efficiency.

Required Experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon FBA logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce operations.

  • Proven ability to manage FBA inventory, shipping, and returns efficiently.

  • Experience with logistics coordination, including transportation and warehouse management.

  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, FBA reports, and analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards.

  • Meticulous attetion to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Execution-focused mindset with a drive for continuous process improvement.

  • Are unfamiliar with import/export processes and shipping compliance.

  • Work days & hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM5PM PST

Philippine Time (PHT):

  • Work days & hours: Monday to Friday, 11PM to 8AM PH
