Role Overview:

As an E-commerce & Digital Media Recruitment Specialist, you'll lead full-cycle hiring for U.S.-based ecommerce and Amazon brands. From sourcing to endorsement, you'll manage specialized roles like Brand Managers, PPC Experts, and Operations VAs. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless, high-quality recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities: 

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for ecommerce and Amazon-related roles (e.g. Brand Managers, PPC Specialists, VA Teams, etc.)
  • Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive headhunting
  • Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidate alignment with client needs
  • Craft clear, high-quality endorsements for client review
  • Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from both sides

Client & Candidate Management

  • Partner with the Client Services team to align on hiring goals, timelines, and candidate profiles
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from start to finish
  • Represent AMZ-AllStars with professionalism and credibility to both clients and candidates

Process & Quality Control

  • Maintain accurate data in our ATS and internal trackers
  • Review and improve recruitment workflows for efficiency and quality
  • Uphold a consistent standard of excellence in all candidate endorsements

Required Experience:

Were looking for experienced recruiters with a background in e-commerce or digital media, as well as industry professionals who are passionate about transitioning into a career in recruitment.

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (staffing agency, RPO, or in-house)
  • or hands-on experience in ecommerce, Amazon operations, or digital marketing with involvement in hiring or team building
  • Strong track record in hiring for ecommerce, Amazon, or digital marketing roles
  • Excellent sourcing skills especially on LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Schedule & Location Setup

Hybrid Setup

Training Schedule: First 2 Weeks @ Office (Makati) - 11am-8pm

Regular Schedule: Tue-Thur at the Office (Makati); Mon & Fri Remote, 11am-8pm

Evening Work (As Needed):

This role will require some amount of evening work to accommodate employee endorsements, hand-offs, and timely replies, as we work with US clients.
