How you'll make an impact
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will drive the aggressive scaling of our Google advertising efforts for a rapidly growing personal care, health, and beauty company. Currently maintaining excellent performance metrics across search and display campaigns, you'll take our advertising to the next level while maintaining profitability and driving significant revenue growth.
Working directly with the founder and collaborating with our established Colombia-based team of 57+ people, you'll own the strategic expansion of our Google advertising as we scale our direct-to-consumer channel (currently 70% of sales) and support our Amazon presence. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly contribute to our international expansion and revenue growth.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a full expert in Google Ads management and strategy who can take ownership of scaling our advertising efforts. You'll work with advanced Google Ads features, optimize campaigns across multiple product lines in the health and beauty space, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This isn't a beginner role---we need someone who can hit the ground running and deliver expert-level performance from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Google Ads Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to scale advertising revenue
- Manage Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
- Maintain and improve current performance metrics
- Implement advanced bidding strategies and campaign optimization techniques
Analytics & Conversion Tracking:
- Set up and optimize Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for comprehensive tracking
- Implement conversion tracking across multiple touchpoints and attribution models
Keyword Strategy & Audience Targeting:
- Conduct keyword research for health, beauty, and personal care products
- Develop and refine audience targeting strategies including custom and lookalike audiences
- Create and optimize ad copy and creative assets for maximum performance
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track and analyze key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates
- Generate detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability targets
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research for competitive advantages
Campaign Scaling & Growth:
- Develop strategies to significantly increase advertising spend while maintaining efficiency
- Test new campaign types, targeting methods, and creative approaches
Required Experience:
- 3+ years expert-level Google Ads management experience with proven scaling results
- Experience managing significant ad spend ($50K+ monthly budgets preferred)
- Proven hands-on experience in managing e-commerce campaigns
Optional Experience:
- Experience in health, beauty, or personal care product categories
- Experience with Birch PPC Software
Schedule & Location Setup
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: 10pm-7am Manila (Night Shift)
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Supervisory Contract: Not subject to Holiday Premium, Night Shift Differential, Overtime
