Role Description
This role will involve a dedicated marketing generalist focused on the university and college divisions of Anatolia.
This specialization is crucial for addressing the unique complexities of higher education marketing.
Employment Type
Contract details: Full-time, on-site (with occasional evening and weekend availability, as required for events)
Position level: Associate (Intermediate professional with approx. 5 years of experience)
You will report to: Executive Director of Institutional Marketing
Essential duties & responsibilities
- Acting as the primary marketing liaison with the university’s enrollment team, the Chairs, and the student activities office.
- Co-managing (with the Enrollment team) on-the-ground marketing initiatives, such as campus tours and open days, for the university and college, along with the University’s enrollment team to ensure brand consistency and proper messaging.
- Sourcing stories, testimonials, and content specifically from the higher education programs.
- Getting involved in SoMe digital community engagement activities 24/7.
- Coordinate with Anatolia University and ACT offices to maintain website accuracy, including updating course listings, academic calendars, and departmental news.
- Working with the rest of the Marketing team in developing and implementing specific marketing plans for the university and college divisions, under the supervision of the Executive Director of Marketing.

Educational Background
Experience
- 5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within higher education, education services, or a complex, multi-stakeholder organization
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
Skills, knowledge and abilities Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and community engagement, including social media platforms and online interaction norms
- High attention to detail and strong brand stewardship mindset
- Experience in content development and storytelling, including testimonials, student stories, and academic program narratives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- Ability to collaborate effectively with academic leadership, enrollment teams, and student services and the Institutional Marketing Department of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort operating in a matrixed organizational structure
- Ability to work independently while aligning closely with institutional strategy and the Marketing team
- Flexibility to engage outside standard working hours when required (events, digital engagement, open days)
- While the position is based on campus, infrequent travel may be required as part of the role.
