Summary

The Wellbeing Coordination Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations and communications of the Dpt of Wellbeing and Psychological Services. This position plays a key role in coordinating logistics for wellbeing initiatives and maintaining a consistent and professional social media presence for wellbeing-related actions. This is primarily an administrative role and does not involve one-on-one student support.

Contract details: Full-time / 12-month contract (renewable based on performance and institutional needs)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the planning, coordination, and execution of wellbeing programs and initiatives
  • Manage internal communication, scheduling, and logistics for workshops, trainings, and events
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to wellbeing activities and office operations
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up communications as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of wellbeing actions
  • Manage the office's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content highlighting wellbeing campaigns, events, and messages

  • Assist in data collection and analysis of feedback from wellbeing initiatives to inform future planning.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional presence for the office, directing students or staff to appropriate services as needed, without engaging in individual casework.
  • At times of student crises serve as the 24/7 liaison between the school (Head of Psychological Services or Higher Administration or Child Protection Committee) and external counsellors, doctors, or the authorities.

Educational Background

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Psychology, and Communications.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Your written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English are strong
  • You have proven organizational and time management skills

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Forms, Calendar), and general web tools
  • You are familiar with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva,Hootsuite)

  • You are attentive to detail and able to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
  • You are adaptable and flexible: comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and needs
  • You thrive in a collaborative, diverse work environment and are a reliable team player
  • You maintain discretion and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive information


Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant administrative or communications role is required
  • Experience working in a school, higher education, or nonprofit setting is considered an asset
