(CTY) Residential Assistants (multiple positions)

The Center for Talented Youth at Anatolia College seeks applicants for the 2026 Older Students Summer Program in Thessaloniki, for full-time employment from June 29 to July 17 2026.

Thessaloniki Program

Residential Assistants (multiple positions) in the Residential program for high school students.

Qualifications:

• Suitable candidates should be undergraduates or recent graduates of a university department.

• Excellent command of the English language.

Interested candidates are requested to submit their Curriculum Vitae (in English) by February 24th or until the position is filled.

The Job Responsibilities for each position are shown below:

Residential Assistants (RAs) are responsible for the supervision, safety, and well-being of students. RAs are expected to:

• Help create a community where students can succeed socially and academically.

• Attend daily meetings, plan and prepare student activities and events.

• Assisting with any residential program needs that arise.

RAs’ working hours are primarily the hours students are not in class, including weekends. Accommodation and meals for the RAs are provided by the program.
