Job Description:

You are an experienced Senior UX mixed-methods researcher (4+ years corporate experience), having worked with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment to run UX research programs from scoping to pitching to delivery to driving change. Your superpower is your ability to dive into telemetry/instrumentation datasets to uncover patterns of behavior and connect those to gaps in the customer experience and opportunities for business impact. You are able to blend quant and qual insights holistically to make the case for and to drive product improvements. You are experienced with the tricks and tips needed to navigate through and across messy datasets and run clever queries to identify patterns and product-impacting insights. You are a compelling storyteller that makes the insights stick, and help drive product change. You will be working with a small team of mixed-methods researchers and data scientists to influence product teams.

Purpose of this team - We are part of a larger UX org called the Cloud Experience Studio that consists of PM, Design and Research roles who support the Azure Cloud. Team of usability/UX researchers that support the area of Azure cloud computing (core infrastructure). Support base of customer data centers and on premises workloads and how those can be shared across with Azure.

$61 - $65/hr.
