Quality Control Supervisor

Purpose: The purpose of the Quality Control Specialist is to ensure that all projects meet or exceed required quality standards and specifications by implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, identifying and documenting quality issues, and providing feedback to support continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of duct installations to verify compliance with company standards, specifications, and building codes.

• Document quality issues, track recurring problems, and communicate findings to the Superintendent and project teams.

• Assist with minor punch list items as directed.

• Support efficiency efforts by identifying installation challenges, recommending process improvements, and helping standardize repeat duct layouts.

• Assist the New Construction department by visiting sites, documenting project progress, and reporting forecasted dates of upcoming installs and trim outs.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

• Minimum of 2 years duct installation experience.

• Demonstrated professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined or elevated areas as required.

• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).

• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
