Ductwork Team Lead

Purpose: The purpose of the Ductwork Team Lead is to oversee crew members and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency during ductwork installation.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Lead and train rough in team on duct jobs

• Responsible for making sure team stays task oriented and on time

• Responsible for knowing all aspects of the duct job (codes, locations, etc.)

• Responsible for making sure all material is loaded for the duct job

• Reviewing quality of work and counting back inventory

• Review and submit all paperwork related to the job

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in ductwork or operating as a level 3 ductwork apprentice

• A valid drivers license with a clean record and ability to tow or drive vehicles with trailers as needed

• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, construction sites)
