Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for the company's executives - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Communicate with clients and handle inquiries and requests - Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents - Conduct research and gather information for projects and reports - Assist with project management and follow-up on tasks and deadlines - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality - Maintain and update company databases and records - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry - Other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is a plus - Experience in the consulting industry is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cape Town, South Africa. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
