As a Petrol Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our petrol station. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with fueling their vehicles - Operate the fuel pumps and accurately measure and dispense fuel - Handle cash and card transactions in a timely and accurate manner - Monitor and maintain fuel inventory levels - Conduct regular safety checks and report any issues to the manager - Keep the petrol station clean and tidy at all times - Provide information and assistance to customers, such as directions and recommendations for nearby attractions - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner - Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment - Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Basic math and computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
