This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Job Description:
As a receptionist at Msuez Uk, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting all guests in a professional and friendly manner. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the company's general email inbox. You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized, and ordering office supplies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
- Manage the company's general email inbox, forwarding messages to the relevant departments
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keep track of office inventory and report any shortages or issues to the appropriate department
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
