Job Description:
Msuez Uk is seeking a reliable and organized Stocker to join our team. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring accuracy in product labeling and placement. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders
- Inspect and verify the quality of products received
- Organize and stock products in designated areas, following company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overages to management
- Rotate stock and check expiration dates to ensure products are fresh and within shelf life
- Label and price products accurately and clearly
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations as needed
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move and stack products
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and accurate stock management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a stocker or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
