The Opportunity
You'll lead commercial development across the Belarusian animal feed sector, focusing on feed compounders, premixers, and integrators. You'll also support opportunities in the pet food and aquaculture sectors.

This is a hands-on, consultative sales role, ideal for someone who's confident building new relationships and managing long-cycle sales processes. You'll work closely with nutritionists, purchasing teams, and technical influencers with full support from international product and technical teams.

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of B2B technical sales experience in feed additives, premix, or animal nutrition

• Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or similar

• Fluency in Russian/Belarusian and English (spoken and written)

• Strong understanding of the Belarusian feed industry and customer landscape

• Commercially driven, consultative style with strong communication skills

• Based in Belarus or abroad but able and willing to travel regularly to Belarus
